3:53 A.M. Is Even Later Than 3:33

But I have a much better reason this time.

I just finished Angels and Demons. The last 200 pages. In the last 3 hours.

Jessica Rowley told me that when she had read Angels and Demons, after a while she was able to forget the writing style because she was so engrossed in the story. I thought at the time that I wouldn't be capable of such oversight, even unintentionally.

But I suppose I was, more or less, wrong. To protect myself from the inevitable gloating from people like C-Pat, I wasn't fully unaware of it--I was reminded of the melodrama at the end of each and every one of the final 46 chapters. But the story, while not always executed well, was brilliantly crafted and I was entirely mesmerized.

I may need to take a break for a while; don't know if I could start The Da Vinci Code right away. I might need some Winnie-The-Pooh or something to clear my head.

But for now, I just need some sleep.

Hey I like that I was in this post! It makes me feel all special and such! Well I'm glad you enjoyed Angels and Demons and I personally feel it way outdoes the Da Vinci Code. Oh and I'm glad you enjoyed the story I wrote..even if Macgyver was mean about it! Happy reading!

I believe I know just the person with a copy of WTP. (I've been into abbreviating and transforming titles into acronyms lately.) With just the right dosage, you'll be on your way to a saner existance. Maybe we could trade off. Although...this is painful for me to admit but...I'm still working on Tess. It's good stuff, I tell you!--it's just getting me to sit down that's the problem.

I think somebody should try to combine Winnie-The-Pooh and The Da Vince Code sometime . . .

Although, if you REALLY want to clear your head, you should shoot more for mindless entertainment than entertainment aimed at the minds of younger folks. For example, go pick up a copy of The Restaurant at the End of the Universe. That'll clear all the haze of a intelligent story out of your brain quite quickly.

Or a good round of Half-Life. I find shooting things to be a good way of clearing my head.

Hmm. I'm glad you liked it. This inspires me to pick that book up again and give it a second go. Unfortunately I am not inspired enough and I'd rather sleep. Although, when the 7th Harry Potter book comes out that will be worth my time.

Eh, it's more like determinism isn't true. I wouldn't worry much about it. The universe MOSTLY plays by the rules. Just sometimes not. Thus we have free will and God's interaction with the universe.

Well, there was this century. It took heavy losses in a battle until there were only 40 men left. They met with another century that was also badly damaged. The two centuries combined into one century that then had 87 men. And thus Stephen remembers that the code for Roma tomatoes is 4087. Convoluted? Yes. But it worked.

I am terribly sorry that my ranting caused you to miss your nap, but I am thrilled that you will be composing my movie! From what I've heard, I think your composition is pretty brilliant!

Crista told me that as we were leaving.
